How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for almost all UK mainland postcodes. Some areas such as highlands may fall within surcharge zones; our delivery system will confirm the exact cost when you enter your postcode in the checkout.

Our delivery options are:

Free delivery
Orders placed before 1pm on a normal work day will be dispatched that same day. Our free delivery service is a 2 working day service. Any order placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Next day delivery
For next day delivery orders, orders placed before 1pm on a normal work day will be dispatched that same day and delivered the next working day. Any order placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day after that.

Do you have a showroom?
No, I am afraid we don’t have a showroom. We are based in a warehouse which is not accessible to the public however all of our products are listed on our website.

Can I modify an existing order? No, I am afraid once an order has been placed it cannot be modified. Due to this we recommend you check your order details carefully during checkout before submitting this to us.

How do I cancel an order?
If the item has not yet been dispatched then you will need to contact us in writing. You can do this here using our on-line contact form. If the item has already been dispatched then I am afraid we would be unable to cancel the order for you and you would need to return the item under your cooling off period.
How long do I have to return my item?
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it, if there any problems inform us straight away. You have 30 days from receiving the goods to return the item back to us in a resalable condition, if you are returning an unwanted item.

How do I return an item?
To return an item you need to repackage it and send to our returns address (see below) within 30 days. We recommend using a recorded service which provides tracking information and to ensure you have adequate insurance in place in the event of transit damage. Courier comparison sites such as Parcel2Go will help you compare prices and levels of service so you can select the most appropriate one for your needs.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I need to do?
In the unfortunate event that your item has been delivered damaged we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We do advise checking items at the point of delivery so that a damaged signature can be provided with the courier as this makes things a lot easier, however, we do understand that not all couriers will allow you the time to inspect. You may also be asked to provide pictures to help us speed up the resolution of this issue for you.

My order has parts missing, what do I need to do?
When an order arrives with parts missing this can also be very frustrating. We do advise checking items at the at the point of delivery and advising us within 48 hours of any missing items so we can help to get this rectified and replacements sent as soon as possible for you.
There are three reasons why you won't have received your delivery on time:

1. There has been a courier delay. If this has happened, check the tracking information on the couriers website they should advise you of the whereabouts of your delivery. Or give us a call and we are more than happy to look into this for you.

2. No-one was in to accept the delivery. When this happens the driver would normally post a card through your door advising how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your parcel from. If the driver didn't leave a card, they will likely attempt the next day, if not please get in touch and we can resolve this for you.

3. We are having technical problems at our warehouse, in the rare event this happens, we will contact you immediately to advise if the parcel will be late.
The majority of mainland UK is covered under our standard delivery. But sadly, our couriers do charge a bit extra for those hard to reach areas of the UK.

When you through the checkout our system will let you know if you are in an area that the courier charges extra to deliver to and how much it is.
